Equilibria does not offer investment products, securities, financial instruments, or opportunities for profit based on traditional investment expectations. Participation should be driven by altruistic motives and a desire to support humane welfare creation. Equilibria, its core team, participants, or others under the organizational and ecosystem umbrella do not act as financial advisors or fiduciaries to any user. Participants make their own decisions regarding contributions and engagement.

  • Token Functionality & Value:

    BLIStake represents a stake linked to verified Initiative Impact. ELIStake represents a stake linked to verified Platform Impact. ELIStake or BLIStake (depending on context) represents recognized fiat and non-fiat contribution value. Their primary purpose is utility within the Equilibria ecosystem (governance, reputation, access, proof-of-impact/contribution). The platform provides absolutely no guarantee of any token’s present or future monetary value or appreciation. Potential BLIStake appreciation is algorithmically derived from Impact and is circumstantial and capped. ELIStake value is determined by market forces, influenced by platform health (HWI) and utility. Value for all tokens can fluctuate significantly, may decrease substantially, and liquidity on the Equilibria Altruists Exchange (Exchange) is not guaranteed. Participants must not contribute capital or effort with the primary expectation of financial profit. Tokens are not designed as investment instruments or vehicles.

  • Technology Risks:

    Participation involves inherent risks associated with nascent technologies including, but not limited to: blockchain network reliability (congestion, fees, finality issues, protocol vulnerabilities), autonomous contract security (potential bugs, exploits, logic flaws leading to loss of funds in InitiativeEscrow or incorrect token operations), Agentic AI performance (misinterpretations, errors, biases, downtime), underlying decentralized infrastructure (DID methods, DePIN concepts, social protocols), and standard software/cybersecurity vulnerabilities in off-chain components (databases, APIs, apps).

    Participants are solely and entirely responsible for the security of their digital wallet, login credentials (password, 2FA), and crucially, their Recovery Phrase. Loss of the Recovery Phrase WILL result in the IRREVERSIBLE LOSS of access to the participant’s DID, EquilibriaHandle, and ALL associated tokens (BLIStake, ELIStake, FPStable). The AGRecovery system is an experimental fallback mechanism dependent on multiple external factors (Guardian availability/approval, user remembering final decryption secrets) and provides NO GUARANTEE of successful recovery. Participants must implement robust personal security practices (secure phrase storage, anti-phishing vigilance).     There is no guarantee that any funded Initiative will achieve its stated goals or generate significant positive Impact, due to execution challenges, external factors, or unforeseen circumstances. The platform relies on the good faith, competence, and availability of its participants (Beneficiaries, Mentors, HRTask Contributors, Guardians); non-performance, poor quality, or unethical behavior are risks the platform mitigates but cannot eliminate. The value and liquidity of ELIStake and BLIStake depend on ecosystem health and participant activity on the Exchange.
